BuildFlow provides web development, design, and related technology services. We may update or adjust our service offerings at any time. Any such changes may occur with or without prior notice.

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project, respond to feedback requests in a reasonable timeframe, and make payments as outlined in the project agreement. Clients also agree to respect intellectual property rights and use our services in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment expectations will be outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in additional fees or a pause in services. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed based on the terms outlined in each project agreement.

Once the project is fully paid for, the client receives ownership of the custom work created for them. BuildFlow retains the right to use general knowledge, methods, and experience gained during the project. Unless otherwise agreed, we may include completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding error-free performance, uninterrupted access, or outcomes. We do not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If termination occurs, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
